Day05: Through the lenses

This morning had a little review session with Ari.

He told me that right now my shoelace is like going on forever where as a real shoelace would have a certain length.
I let him know about my concern regarding the deformation of my shoelace.
He then told me that I should rig the shoelace and when it's done I could animate the shoelace to follow curve's deformation.

I've also started working on modeling the shoelace.
As usual the goal is to make it as procedural as possible so that it's a robust flexible system with necessary controls.

 

At about 11.30pm had a web session with SESI main office in Toronto.
Jeff Wagner was presenting about shaders.

After the web session we were tasked to take photos of Architecture Buildings and Textures.
